IT service provider in Traunstein for the Chiemgau, Rosenheim and south-east Bavaria
We run and protect the IT of companies in the region. From Traunstein, around the clock, and on site whenever it is needed.
An IT service provider plans, runs and supports the IT of its customers. inducio is an IT service provider and managed services provider (MSP) based in Traunstein, founded in 2010. We run networks, servers and security for companies in Traunstein, the Chiemgau, Rosenheim and the rest of south-east Bavaria.
Network operations from the NOC
Our Network Operations Center monitors networks, servers and services around the clock. We detect faults early and intervene before they turn into a standstill. Firewall, network and endpoint management are part of operations as well.
The page Network Operations Center (NOC) describes all building blocks in detail.
Attack detection in the SOC
Our Security Operations Center detects attacks on your IT and OT infrastructure, assesses them and initiates countermeasures. For KRITIS operators we implement attack detection systems (SzA) in line with the requirements of the BSI. We bring the platform for this with us and operate it ourselves.
The page Security Operations Center (SOC) describes all building blocks in detail.
On site when it is needed
We solve a lot remotely. For commissioning, replacing a device or an audit, we come to you. Our office is in Traunstein, so the routes into the Chiemgau, the Berchtesgadener Land and towards Rosenheim are short.
You have one central point of contact, whether the matter comes from operations or from security.
Who we work for
Our customers include KRITIS operators (operators of critical infrastructure), municipal utilities, hospitals, industry and mechanical engineering as well as mid-sized manufacturers. Most of them are based here in south-east Bavaria, between Rosenheim, the Chiemgau and the Berchtesgadener Land.
The page Our Services gives an overview of both pillars and all building blocks.
