IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)

As an IT specialist for system integration at inducio GmbH, you look after our customers' IT in day-to-day operation. You take the fault report, find the cause and implement the fix. On top of that come projects in which you build new environments and develop existing ones further. You work in a team with technicians, administrators and the support desk.
Responsibilities
- Looking after our customers' servers, networks and workstations
- Taking, analysing and resolving faults in day-to-day operation
- Setting up and maintaining firewalls, switches, WLAN and VPN
- Virtualisation, backup and restore
- Working on customer projects from planning through to handover
- Documenting systems, processes and configurations
Essential
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of practice in running networks, servers and workstations
- Knowledge of Windows servers, virtualisation and backup
- An understanding of VLAN, routing, firewall and VPN
- Careful documentation
- A confident manner with customers
- Taking part in the on-call service once you are settled in
- Work permit for Germany
Desirable
- Experience with OPNsense, Allied Telesis, Aruba or comparable systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Experience with monitoring and ticket systems
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash or Python
- An interest in IT security
