As a Senior Network Administrator at inducio GmbH, you will work on modern IT and network environments and play a key role in establishing and developing stable, secure, and high-performance infrastructures. You will work closely with various departments and customers, contributing your technical expertise and driving projects forward independently.

Responsibilities
- Administration and further development of complex network and IT infrastructures
- Planning, implementation, and operation of firewall, WLAN, VPN, and routing solutions
- Troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Collaboration on customer projects and close cooperation with other departments
- Documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of existing systems
- Responsibility for IT security and compliance with relevant regulations
Essential
- Several years of experience as a network administrator (IT/network environments)
- Confident use of VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPN, WLAN, and network monitoring
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset – “get-it-done” mentality
- Ability to take responsibility independently and drive projects forward
- Understanding of IT security & data protection (at least basic level)
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Work permit for Germany
Desirable
- Experience with systems such as Cisco, Aruba, OPNsense, NAC, etc.
- Knowledge of automation/scripting (e.g., Python, API, Bash)
- Certificates such as CCNA/CCNP (Cisco), CAT/CAP (Allied Telesis) or comparable qualifications
- Interest in long-term development – technical & organizational
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and modern security concepts
- Strong analytical skills
